He is currently incubating the mobile app startup UDo-now.com and has a successful track record in the training industry. Teja is the founder of CommSure Knowledge Solutions, a prominent Learning and Development company based in Hyderabad.

Teja's specialized training expertise encompasses a wide array of Behavioral, Leadership, and Management development workshops. Through the utilization of diverse Learning Technologies, he has conducted training and coaching sessions for over 25,000 individuals spanning various industries and hierarchical levels, spanning across more than 8 countries.

A certified Leadership and Management Trainer by the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Teja constantly facilitates workshops for various Government Projects, Corporate Organizations, and Educational Institutes.
