Journey of VITEOS

With his decades of experience in business and marketing, Mr. Shankar Iyer wanted to make his mark with a new startup to serve global financial services firms.

To fulfill the dream, Mr. Iyer founded VITEOS Capital Markets with headquarters in New York and New Jersey in 2003. Today, the company has branch offices in London, the Cayman Islands, and Singapore and services 52 clients who manage about 800 funds.

Since the financial world is global, the branch offices enable Viteos to deliver timely services to their clients in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The company employs more than four hundred employees, who provide service 24 hours a day, five days a week to clients in all markets.

VITEOS offers asset managers customized, straight-through processing and integrated post-trade operations across virtually every asset class, currency, border, and structure.

The deep operational and accounting expertise of the team is backed by state-of-the-art technology that enables a high degree of control and automation in a global delivery model.

Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, Viteos tailors its services and solutions to each manager's specific requirements, supporting the fund's unique strategy and portfolio and helping to ensure its success.

Exceptional outsourced reconciliation services backed by proprietary technology that integrates seamlessly with existing front and back office solutions form the backbone of the Viteos solution.
