Please introduce yourself

I am founder & CEO of the company, leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. My role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s long and short term plans.

My Roles:

  1. Creating and implementing the company or organization’s vision and mission
  2. To ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically.
  3. To lead, in conjunction with the Board, the development of the Company’s strategy.
  4. To communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public.
  5. Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, markets, industry developments, etc.
  6. Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized and setting strategic goals and making sure it is measurable or describable

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors / outsourcing?

Being Hospitality experts we know the core problems or problematic areas of the industry. Being Website Development experts we know how to solve these we the help of it. Solutions increase the Top Line, Decrease the Cost Line and Improve the Guest Experience. The Company business model works on sales increment of the clients.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies’ models?

Our company business model is our business blue print which will allow me to break it down into its components in a way that makes it an operational definition. Of course the term blueprint or architecture can mean different things to different people as well, so let me narrow it down. Other Companies are best in IT field only but we are best in hospitality as well. For e.g. If  a company is dealing with Website Designing or Softwares, means they are best in designing, reports, billing etc, But when it comes to Prevoir means Best in Website or software  with solving the pain areas of company  that is  increment in sales, easy operations.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing and designing a website.

       Phase 1:  Understanding of Clients design requirement & sending of Initial template 1 for   approval. We send template 2, if not passed. At max we will provide 3 templates and will freeze the layout part first in 1st & 2nd Week at the max. We think that 3 layouts are good enough to kick start the project. Special care shall be taken for incorporating all the clients need and requirements in best possible way. Any layout changes shall be charged extra after freezing the design as it delays the project and needs extra effort from scratch.

Phase 2: Will prepare the Contents for Website and send to client for approval and changes thereafter. We will freeze the website content in 2nd to 3rd Week.

Phase 3: We will make the Beta version of website live in 4th Week for review & Changes.

Phase 4: Will make the Website live in 5th Week after incorporating all changes as suggested 

After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client? 

We provide the best customer services to our client and the Following Things we will always remember when we provide the services to our client.

What’s your approach to creating interactive and addictive UX/UI of websites?  

  1. Must be Mobile First.
  2. Call to action for sale in 5 second of website load.
  3. Easy and clear navigation
  4. Scrolling is often faster than paging
  5. Know where to get creative and where to use common design patterns

What are the milestones & Roadmaps of the organization?

Prevoir’s milestones are to achieve stable positioning as IT & Digital Marketing Experts in the field of Hospitality. For this we have created a complete automatic Tool “Prevotel” where website, bookings, software, CRM, Channels can be managed by customer itself. Now we are moving towards artificial intelligence in the same.

Our company future plan to increase our services according to the market or as well as according to customer requirement. Introduce new products and enhancements. Ramp-up visibility and strategic alliances

We are not depending on technology. As we know our competitive edge, we are working to maintain that upper hand. Our competitors are constantly working to improve their products and building their expertise, and so we are. Striving to ensure that our product continually solves our customer’s problems in new ways. By focusing on this goal, we are moving ahead of our competitors.
