This time we interviewed a young soul who is busy in empowering her people to highlight visionary thinking and is bringing change in the digital marketing landscape with her venture, Omnia Digital. Omnia’s beginning and Shwetha’s journey ignited from a common ground. Shwetha sketches the story, “It all began after I finished my college degree; and two paths opened in front of me – either follow my dad’s footsteps & take up his business or make a name for myself on my own terms.”  A go-getter who aspires to become a role model for every young woman out there, Shwetha’s choice to pave her own path was quite predictable. Chartering into an evolving territory unabashedly and fearlessly, she carved an unparalleled learning phase out of her two year stint at Tata Consultancy Services, post which she set off in pursuit of her passion & dreams, starting as a core team member in another startup and playing an integral role right from ideation to making it an organization with 100+ employees within just over a year. Investing some of her time there, she moved to head the operations of a digital agency. She never thought that this move of her was about to deliver a change in her life and future as well. Later, Shwetha partnered with the founder of that agency to float Omnia. Sooner she recognized the prodigious potential of the digital realm. Partnering with Santhosh Palavesh (Co-Founder) – a seasoned prodigy in digital tech and marketing with over eight years of experience, Shwetha incepted Omnia in 2016 with a vision to help companies set realistic goals by finding the perfect balance between brand awareness and sales; and the journey has just begun for her. Omnia Digital, a Chennai based Digital Marketing and Branding agency is a sister concern of an 8-year-old advertising and branding group called UMM Digital, the largest branding and digital media group in South India. An enthusiastic entrepreneur, Shwetha has tasted success in the field of digital marketing with her fervent zeal. Her relentless zeal, incessant quench for success and willingness to walk the extra mile stands as inspiration. Holding an extensive history of investing her skills in marketing and advertising industry, Shwetha holds prowess in Business Process, Operations Management, Communication, and Customer Relationship. She owns a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) focused in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University.

Santhosh Palavesh

With over 18+ entrepreneurial awards, Santhosh has built successful digital transformation models. Holding an active directorship in Omnia Digital, Santhosh love working with Enterprises and Startups and also mentors numerous companies to thrive in the digital era.
