She always had the vision to start her firm & master the skills of designing by being unique in her way and developing her style always pushed her limits to work on different concepts.
GK Chaitanya is an award-winning Architect; she won an award for "The Most Innovative Interior Designer for 2018 under the category of Residence & Gym" for Bangalore & this was out of 10 states. Moreover, she has also explored the field of fashion & has won an award for Mrs. Karnataka's "Style Icon" for 2019.

Cherry Hill Associates, is anArchitect company, which is specialized in Interior Design and Turnkey solutions, was established in Bangalore in 2009 to provide fully comprehensive architectural, interior design, and contracting services to all types of buildings whether a new build or refurbishment.
Cherry Hill Associates employs dedicated, trained professionals with a wealth of experience across a range of services enabling us to meet and exceed client expectations.
To date, we have completed projects from different sectors, including Architectural Design, Residential/Villa/Apartment, Gym Interiors, Spa Interiors, the IT Sector, Landscaping, and Art Work.

It's not very easy to be a women entrepreneur, as I hear a very common saying "Oh you run your business so you might not have much tension & you're the boss so you can take off whenever you want" Actually this is a miss conception, always the other side of the grass looks green. Life is very hectic, stressful & target oriented.
It's a 365-day job; in your absence, things running smoothly are not common. As you're the key role in your work profession. Making a process in the company is very important & daily making sure that you achieve your targets& making your co-workers also to do so.
Always motivate your co-workers, understand them & allow them to develop themselves, as most of them focus on company growth, but very few think of the growth of workers. Sharing your knowledge is the process of your growth.

Being positive in your darkest period, especially in your challenging times is very important because what I have learned is when you walk alone you learn more.
Keep faith in yourself as there are ups & downs in every business, it all depends on how you react to the situation. I have used failure as my stepping stones in my profession.
What is your future agenda to keep growing in the market?
Develop a high-level aspirational vision of the capabilities and business value to be delivered as a result of the proposed enterprise architecture. Our theme is to "Think out of the box"& to create a new perspective for each client.
Explore new designs in the field of Architecture & execute with new materials & change the perception of people's mindset towards design.
Grateful for the 3d software which are available as it helps us to create complex designs much faster & intricate details can be worked out in a short period.
As a source of inspiration for many, what would your advice be for female entrepreneurs, who are planning to enter the business world?
My advice to all entrepreneurs is to be independent in your way & to pursue your dreams, goals & ambitions in your life. Believe in yourself & you don't have to prove yourself to anyone, but just prove to yourself by being satisfied with what you do. Pursue your passion, in whatever field you are passionate about. Let go of all people in your life who drain you & puts you down.
