Portray the chronoscope of your progressive journey. Who are your major clients?

My first client was TATA Johnson Control Automotives Ltd. Thenceforth; I got contracts from diverse consultancies related to legal and statutory compliances for industry-specific projects. Our major clients include TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, TATA TOYO Radiator Ltd, RCCL, MM Forgings Ltd, Escorts, TM Automotive Seating System Ltd, IMRB International etc.

What challenges did you face at the initial stage of your career? And, how did you overcome from them?

When I started my practice, people did not rely upon because I am a newcomer and have not much experience. Many people discouraged me for adopting this profession, but, I was adamant to adopt it and to win at all conditions.

What led you to incorporate this consultancy firm?

I experienced that the knowledge of the bureaucratic system is integral and in U.P. and Uttarakhand, there is a vacuum of Law firms having the expertise for giving entire legal cover for industry-specific projects. Because of that, companies hired different consultants for numerous tasks. With a vision to present all solutions through a single system, we come up with this corporation, we are providing unified cover for industry-specific projects as all legal and statutory compliances and the clients.

Does the law vary from sector to sector? Do the legal questions facing various industries differ and how do you take them on?

Yes. Every industry has its specific zone as white, green, orange and red as per their status. It depends on their production process, HR slabs, project costs etc. We keep all the aspects in mind and provide the legal cover by giving the consultancy to the company/project.

What unique approach do you bring with your firm?

I believe in outcome-based strategies and bring the same to my organization. There is no hierarchy and work from any place. We work by setting up the timelines and fly to meet them.

What is your point of view about the Indian legal system and its difficulties? And, what is your take on its legal education?

India legal system is performing in its best strength.  But, there is lacuna of late justice. It happens, due to limited numbers of judges and lacs of cases. Insufficient appointment of judges is a serious concern and because of that decisions take time, and people have to suffer. I think Legal Education must be incorporated in course from higher secondary.

What have been the key that opened the door of your success?

My faithful nature, using all knowledge and effort without thinking about small or big and giving my best in every moment is the primary factors of my progress.
