Your take on the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem

Becoming an entrepreneur has always been arduous in India. Due to the bureaucratic outlook, we prefer an assured job over business.

But the recent advancements in government policies like regulating bureaucratic intervention and embracing Neo-liberal reforms have made it easier to start a tenable business.

What is the hardest thing about being an entrepreneur?

We all have different minds and different backgrounds. So, our thinking develops considering these factors. It is safe to say people and groups are not a monolith in nature. So, making people understand and creating a compulsion is a great challenge.

What is the best thing about being an entrepreneur?

Being an entrepreneur is an art with an abundance of responsibilities. Currently, our nation is struggling with the issue of large-scale unemployment.

An entrepreneur's work is to create employment opportunities and establish a business. I believe it is a great accomplishment and contribution to the country in the form of wealth and employment creation.

What are the major milestones for the company since its founding? Does the organization have any new projects coming up?

Our milestones are that we have successfully delivered our services in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Karnataka assembly elections.

How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream? Who are your peers?

I prefer learning from my mistakes, my clients, my team, and all those people I met on my journey so far. The simple mantra for success is to keep your eyes and ears open.

One should astutely observe everything happening around oneself. This minute observation helps at times.

One word that describes you the best

I believe in working towards making leaders, not followers.

What piece of advice would you give to youth in the business environment?
