What are the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used in promoting your initiatives/offerings/services?
We have never marketed ourselves. Our Business depends on the pro bono word-of-mouth marketing done by our satisfied clients. Getting referral business from our satiated clients brings a lot of encouragement to the firm and me.

Hitherto we are a self-funded organization. We are looking for further investments to accelerate our growth and implant our footprints overseas or globally.
What are the major milestones for the company since founding? Does the organization have any new projects coming up?
Our milestones are that we have successfully delivered our services in Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Karnataka assembly elections. Currently, we are now working in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana for Assembly elections.

What is next for the company? What do you see happening in the company industry in 2018-19?
Currently, we are working in a few states. Our aim is to reach out to all constituencies across India in upcoming general elections in 2019.
What piece of advice would you give to youth in the business environment?
I want to suggest these young guns to keep patience. Always remember, Romans didn’t build Rome in a day. It took us four years to become sustainable and profitable.
How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream? Who are your peers?
I prefer learning from my mistakes, my clients, my team, and all those people I met on my journey so far. The simple mantra for success is to keep eyes, ears open. One should astutely observe everything happening around oneself. This minute observation definitely helps at times.
What was your journey like to get where you are?
Being an entrepreneur is a daunting task, at times I thought of giving up mainly due to the failures, financial challenges, and peer pressure. But these hurdles only made my resolve strong, I just closed my eyes and kept walking on the path until I achieved something.
Your take on the Indian Entrepreneurial ecosystem
Becoming an entrepreneur has always been tough in India. Due to the bureaucratic mindset, we prefer a secure job over the business. But the recent developments in government policies like regulating the bureaucratic intervention and embracing Neo-liberal reforms, it is now easier to start a sustainable business.
What is the hardest thing about being an entrepreneur?
We all have a different mind, different background. So, our thinking develops considering these factors. It is safe to say people and groups are not a monolith in nature. So, making people understand and creating a compulsion is a great challenge.
What is the best thing about being an entrepreneur?
Being an entrepreneur is an art with lots of responsibility. Our nation currently is struggling with the issue of large scale of unemployment. An entrepreneur’s work is to generate employment and establish the business. I think it is a great achievement and contribution to the country in form employment and wealth creation.

I believe in working towards making leaders, not the followers.
A multilingual speaker, a graduate in accounts from Subodh college. Manish holds post-graduation degree in marketing from the Rajasthan Technical University. He also holds a master’s in mass communication and journalism from Lucknow University. Before establishing Janadhar, Manish gained considerable experience in the digital world while working with Sify and Zapak Digital Entertainment Ltd., and Eli Solutions. Manish is a seasoned consultant assisting clients in Politics, Elections, and Marketing domain with the expertise of 14 years. He is been working on a plethora of services since 2003 such as election research, opinion polls, campaign management, poll worker management, election management, innovative digital solutions, vendor management, voter outreach programs, and the political strategy.
