How does the company build a successful customer base?

Originally, THRC was founded to cater to the hiring needs of the Waste Water segment and depended on timely patronage from all our stakeholders. Today our customer base has grown tremendously and we have ventured into other spaces like IT, Healthcare, Chemical, Automobile, etc…

We have been successful in building a strong network, both online and offline. Our reputation to find the right talent for the right company has helped a lot. Since 2017, we have also been associated with vendors who provide us the tie-ups with Fortune 500 companies.

As you look toward the future, what do you foresee for the future of business continuity?

We recognize a future environment filled with multiple challenges. We see great opportunities in these challenges which can be tapped by being on our toes in this environment of the VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity).

Our game plan for the future is an expansion to international markets, innovative value-added services, Direct RPO and Non-RPO accounts, and skill development.

How did you plan to make your mark in the industry?

In any industry, finding the right person for the right job is an interesting challenge. Talent hunting begins with a clear understanding of the client's requirements and empathy for the company's culture, vision, and mission.

At the same time, there is a huge mine of diamonds and other precious stones and it requires a great level of intelligence, creativity, and out of box thought process to extract the gems out of it. Our job is to place each precious stone into the right jewel. It indeed is like a hand craftsman's job.

Brief us on the milestones and accolades earned by the company to date.

We have been able to close positions that have been open for years through sheer grit and determination. Most of our clients have a long-term relationship with us as we go above and beyond their expectations every time.

Recently, we moved to a larger office with a wide seating arrangement and better workspace to accommodate our expansion plans for the future.

Talking about the future, what route map has been laid out for the company's journey ahead?

Apart from the Talent acquisition vertical, we will be focusing our efforts on the huge untapped Training and Business & Financial Planning verticals in the coming days. Each vertical will be built with a unique touch.

What are some of the learning in your life and what is your biggest dream?

I strongly believe once you have done your homework, then it's a question of staying focused on the mission, vision, and objectives of your venture.

It's not bad to look around as long as you intend to learn a lesson or more from that and not to win over. You need to reset your own goals that you would want to achieve over and over again. This is easier said than done. However, the consistent and untiring efforts no matter what pay off.

Dream: A place where more and more people would love to do business and a place where people would love to come and work in would serve as my biggest dream, that achieved the rest should follow.
