His specialization lies in expanding established businesses through client acquisition and fostering partnerships, with experience in team management ranging from 10 to over 200 members.

He possesses robust skills in business management, P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis, and human resource management, with a strong focus on coaching and nurturing team growth and development.
